2 years ago I had a spinal fusion surgery on my neck and Dr. Dalrymple damage my spinal cord. The pain from this damage spinal cord was so bad I was unable to move both arms and hands. It felt like liquid fire coming out every pore in my arms and hand. The surgery required 8 months of physical therapy and now for 2 years pain management with Mrs. Karle. When I first started coming my pain was 9-10, both arms felt like liquid fire and both hands numbness and extreme throbbing. Mrs. Karle believed and understood the pain I was in. Anyone who has ever had nerve pain understands. She has been very patient with me, but most of alle e she listens. She has reduced my nerve pain from a 9-10 paralyzed to 2-3-4 level with full use of both arms and hands. I went from praying every week to die to enjoying a life with my family again. If anyone has any type of pain you need to get an immediate referral to JPM Jacksonville and request Mrs. Karle. I am eternally.

Very pleased with your staff. They helped to make me feel comfortable and explained everything about the procedure. The wait time was minimal which was great because of my nervousness. Dr. Chaney is by far the best Doctor there. She is the only one I depend on. Empathetic, caring etc.
