At Johnston Pain Management, we begin each treatment program with a thorough evaluation. Initial medical and pain histories are recorded followed by a physical examination focusing on the specific area of the individual’s presenting problem.
Further diagnostic evaluation may be required, including laboratory testing, psychological assessment, and/or radiographic studies (X-rays, MRI, CT scan). Patients are asked to bring previous medical records and operative reports to their initial evaluation for review.
We recognize there is no one treatment plan that works for all patients. Therefore, we offer integrated treatment programs that aim to minimize pain, emotional distress, and disability for each individual.
